You can purchase your flu vouchers by clicking here
The following terms & conditions apply. Please read them carefully as you will be asked to accept them if you proceed to booking vouchers.
• Vouchers cost £10 each and are available now.
• Flu vaccines will be available from 1st October 2011.
• Vouchers may be redeemed between 1st October 2011 and 23rd December 2011 at selected stores of participating retailers. Please check the list of store availability by entering your postcode in the 'Redeem vouchers' section of this web site. Please note that there are more retail stores taking part at the start of the season (October) and less as it gets towards the closing date of 23rd December 2011
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
• Only original vouchers will be accepted (no photocopies)
• Mutilated, damaged or defaced vouchers cannot be exchanged and may not be accepted by retailers.
• No refunds will be given for vouchers not redeemed.
• Once issued, fluvouchers.co.uk will accept no liability for the replacement or refund of lost, damaged, stolen destroyed vouchers.
• Fluvouchers.co.uk, accept no liability for the vaccination service not being available in retailers.
If you are able to say YES to any of the following questions you will not be able to have a flu vaccination at any of the participating retailers. If you purchase a voucher and subsequently are refused the vaccine because of one of the following contra indicators you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Are you under 16 years old?
- Are you pregnant?*
- Are you breast feeding?
- Are you allergic to either eggs or chicken?
- Have you had an allergic reaction to a previous flu vaccination?
- As far as you are aware are you allergic to any of the following antibiotics: Gentamicin, Polymyxin B, Neomycin, Kanamycin?
* selected stores will vaccinate pregnant ladies. Please see section under FAQ for details.
The nurse / pharmacist will check this information with you again when you have your flu vaccine
The information you provide during the purchase and registration service provided by this web site will be confidential. No sales, marketing or spam emails will be used in connection with the information that you supply H&G Healthcare Ltd, who operate this site, or any of its agents.
You can check your nearest participating retailer by following the instructions under 'REDEEM VOUCHERS' on this web site and entering your postcode. You can then log off the system and visit the pharmacy and hand over your voucher.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password in order to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure, and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your login details have become known to anyone, or if they are being used in an unauthorised manner.
